The Grow Tools Heavy Duty Mechanical Timer is a tough plug-in timer for grow lights. Plug it into the wall, plug your light into it, and it switches the light on and off for you every day.

Built for real grow lights
Ordinary household timers can struggle with heavier lights. This one is made for the job. It handles inductive loads up to about 600W, so it works with brighter LED panels and older HID setups without needing a separate contactor.
Setting it is simple. Twist the dial to the current time, push the pins for the hours you want the light on, and leave it to run. There are 96 settings around the dial, so you can work in roughly 15-minute steps.
